What’s Covered
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Wrong items – if you received something you didn’t order.
- Missing items – if part of your order didn’t arrive.
- Damaged product – including spoilage, broken bottles, or compromised packaging.
- Quality concerns – if you aren’t satisfied with the taste or freshness, and can describe what was wrong.

How to Submit a Claim or Cancellation
To help us support you efficiently, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to Solgoodjuice@gmail.com (or your Guest Services team) with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage, wrong/missing items, or anything else that’s concerning
- Description of the issue (taste, freshness, etc.)
- If you’re cancelling, please let us know immediately—before your order has shipped.
What Happens Next
- Once we receive your request, we’ll review the information and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
- If the error is ours, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on what you prefer and what makes sense.
- If it’s something outside our control (e.g., courier damage, misuse), we’ll honestly communicate what we can do.
Refunds: How & When
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Please allow 5–7 business days (sometimes up to 10 working days) for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If replacement is your chosen resolution, we’ll ship the fresh products asap.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours before it is shipped without any charges.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations aren’t guaranteed and may be subject to restocking or shipping fees.
Exceptions & What’s Not Covered
- Orders reported after the 3 days from delivery generally can’t be refunded for fotaste/freshness complaints.
- If the packaging or seal was tampered with after delivery and was accepted without complaint at the time, that may affect eligibility.
- Products that have been opened, heavily used, or altered beyond normal use may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Sale or promotional items may follow special rules (which we’ll clearly mention if applicable).
